OC: Connect arm buttons to new arm zeroing commands #292

ArmZeroTop and ArmZeroBottom should be used to set the "top" and "bottom" pot values.
Usage would be for the operator to run the arm all the way up, then hit the "Zero Top" button.
Then lower the arm all the way down and hit the "Zero Bottom" button. The angles are predetermined.
