When @brackettsa was using funder-finder, she went to create a GH API token and followed the instructions and still had issues. What happened? She was creating a "fine-grained" token when the instructions assume the user is creating a classic token. Oops.

For now, the simplest solution is to make it clear in the README that the instructions assume the reader is creating a "classic" GH API token.
