It's not helping me - but I wonder if I do not have the same access you do (??)

If you can find the hpanel, then this shows how to update the favicon...

.. This says "You can add it automatically by uploading a .png or .ico image named favicon to your public_html folder."

@gurunate - is that find to do? (rather than editing our theme’s header.php file? .. that's the second technique the link describes.)

I was able to update the text

But still not luck with the favicon..

When you log in, you should see something like this.. click that "manage" button in the lower right by your account.

does that work?
