There seem to be a couple of bignum implementations, with relations to Hax.

Hacl bignum
hax-lib bigint
Old Hacspec library
Specification of ~~nat~~ in the annotated core library
We should instead one principled bignum implementation with models in Coq and F*. This could also be a step towards updating the example specs.
