Limited number of designs in invoice-setting's drop-down-menu

Hi, everyone,

choosing a custom-design is not possible if one has more than all over 18 designs (including the preinstalled ones) because there's no scrolling-possibility within the drop-down-menu. Also there's no chance to enter a keyword to search for a design.

Sorry for not posting a screenshot. The drop-down-menu closes right after klicking on the print-key of my keyboard.

these should be converted to searchable selects. I also think it is ok to increase the default # retrieved to 100
