Bootstraps Windows 10 machines (that have the anniversary update installed) with the Ubuntu Linux Subsystem

Automated Steps

Download this repository (as a compressed folder, via git clone, etc)
Run install.bat with Administrative Privileges (Right Click, click Run as Administrator).
Output will look similar to install_output.txt
Restart computer (the option will be given at the end of install.bat)
Run enable.bat (Administrative Privileges are not required)
