This currently forever-hangs:
(sicmutils.rational-function/from-points '[[x1 y1] [x2 y2] [x3 y3]])
due to an infinite loop in sicmutils.polynomial/pseudo-remainder. The task is to get to the bottom of this and implement a correct algorithm!

Right now we can make rational functions from TWO points if there are any symbolic entries. That's a bit lame.
