The Maintenance Policy defines how decisions are made about what happens with the Interactions for Student Recruitment. It provides the process by which:
- Future decisions of the project are made (i.e. Roadmap)
- Issues are addressed
- Disputes are resolved
It is intended to be short, flexible, and clear.

Collaborators associated with Salesforce.org are listed as such solely for the purpose of initializing the Interactions for Student Recruitment repo which is housed under the SalesforceFoundation Github Org.

Collaborators of this repo that are associated with Salesforce.org are excluded from the Roles identified under the sections: Collaborator (University of Miami and/or Sierra-Cedar) & Collaborator (Everyone else).
Collaborator (University of Miami and/or Sierra-Cedar)
- Collaborators associated with the University of Miami and/or Sierra-Cedar are listed as such solely for the purpose of documenting the project and pushing the final version of the project code to the Interactions for Student Recruitment repo which is housed under the SalesforceFoundation Github Org.
- Collaborators of this repo that are associated with the University of Miami and/or Sierra-Cedar have the option of participating in the Role identified under the section: Collaborator (Everyone else).
- Collaborator handles contributions on GitHub
- Committed to 100% tests passing for all Pull Requests
- Has full commit/merge access to the relevant repositories
