Morse code conversions/deconversions starting with characters that can be coerced into Markdown bullets do so

Bug description

When converting/deconverting morse in a way that the output starts with -, Discord renders it as a Markdown bullet in the embed.

The same issue does not seem to occur when the output starts with text that could be coerced into a Markdown numbered list.

* is not an issue only because there is no standard morse equivalent.

The output should be a dash instead of a bullet point.
