The app is currently listening to RemoteParticipant VideoStreamStateChanged to get video for other people in the call. This doesn't fire if someone is in the call before you join, so you cannot see the video of those participants unless they toggle their camera on and off. Investigate using RemoteParticipant IncomingVIdeoStreams to resolve this issue.
