2. Observe 404
3. See https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/ and the broken icon(s)

Expected behavior
Codacy integration should be fixed or it should be removed from the main icons list

Additional context
The Travis CI icon is also broken. And since david-dm.org doesn't have a favicon maybe somebody could look into making it, well, not broken on the main page.
