AGU23 is coming up, and earthaccess is a key component in several workshops that will be taught.

Additionally, many (all?) of the maintainers are presenting or participating at AGU and approaching holiday breaks. We may be less able to respond during this busy time.

For this reason, we are tentatively planning to freeze releases (bugfixes excepted) until the new year to limit impact to AGU work and to our awesome user base during a time of limited maintainer availability.
