Related to #271. Let's start with tags for assessments. This would be a user-defined text field, but we would eventually want the ability to sort and filter on tags. Any added features that can contribute to more consistent tagging (e.g. so we don't end up with "rivers" and river" as two separate tags) would be appreciated, but we can start with something basic for now.
Use: Tags help Analysts build Analyses from Assessments. Help sort by similar subjects.
