Global adressdatabas som öppna data - http://openaddresses.io/ - enkelt att se att SE är efter.
Kod för contribs: https://github.com/openaddresses/openaddresses

Samt möjligtvis:
A. mejladress (+ möjligtvis förberett meddelande i mailto:-länk) till den myndighet som har alla svenska adresser och be dem ge ut det med CC0/CC-BY licens.

B. Upprop liknande Postnummeruppropet.
