Couldn't notify the webapp that project was indexed

Describe the bug
when execute the opengrok-indexer, i see this issue.

Couldn't notify the webapp that project org.opengrok.indexer.configuration.Project@499ac77e was indexed: InboundJaxrsResponse{context=ClientResponse{method=PUT, uri=http://localhost:8080/comhem/api/v1/projects/source_code_1/indexed, status=500, reason=Internal Server Error}}

when i access this via webpage, i see error as below

Does the source root path exist ? How did you deploy the web app ?

i deploy as below

What is the value of sourceRoot in $PROJECT_BASE/opengrok/etc/configuration.xml ?
