GEFS static files

Hi,

I'm looking for the files referenced in GEFS here:

Any suggestions on how to acquire these? (I would use the new GFSv16 ensembles, but the atmosphere files are not shared for that.)

That data is available on NOAA's R&D machine, Hera, but I am not sure where it is available to the general public. It looks like @XianwuXue-NOAA (Xianwu.Xue@noaa.gov) and Dingchen Hou (Dingchen.Hou@noaa.gov) are the custodians on Hera, so maybe one of them can help point you in the right direction.
