Accessing flight plans to/from specific airport

Hi, I'm trying to find any API that would allow me to create a windows app to work with flight plans as ATC, outside Euroscope.

I'm not after filing plans, I'd like to expand some functionality that would help me works with plans as ATC controller. I see there's data available about existing flight plans but that's read only. I'd like to be able to set statuses, amend plans etc.

Is there such API, obviously over Oauth etc.

TL;DR for others - no such API is available currently, as Euroscope and other clients interact with flight plans over the FSD protocol. Euroscope plugins are probably the best way to accomplish this.
