NOTE! The visualization was originally in spark.rstudio.com and the code in takomo-repository, but they were moved here in October 2014.
Details
- The Shiny app and data preprocessing scripts are found in this repository
- The data is originally from Sotkanet
- The data was brought to R using the sorvi toolkit. Note that there is now a new sotkanet package available for processing the Sotkanet data in R!
