Currently, in both the official ORTS and ORTS-MG don't have quite a realistic experience with the rainy weather. Only the sounds of lightning are heard. It would be nice to have lightning effects like BVE. Just a minor addition, but will help enhance realism. Not sure if OR is already working on this.
