Where on docs.platform.sh should be changed?

https://docs.platform.sh/#get-support still mentions slack. Can we change to discord please? no point in telling customers to join slack, only to tell them to move to discord in 5 days. Here as well https://platform.sh/contact/

What exactly should be updated?

Remove slack from pages and replace with discord
