When CrossHair reports a counterexample, should it show keyword arguments?

• Positional-only parameters (those before the optional /, marker) should not be reported with a keyword.
• Keyword-only parameters (those after the optional *, marker) should always be reported with a keyword.

But by default, parameters may or may not be supplied using a keyword. How should CrossHair report these?

NOTE: this is a purely cosmetic decision - when CrossHair is checking code, it always passes arguments just like they would be passed when it runs.

Some considerations:

• Using more keyword arguments prioritizes readability (at least, when the argument meanings aren't obvious from context).
• Using fewer keyword arguments prioritizes compactness. Compactness is important for IDE integrations, where it's often difficult to show more than one small line of text in an error.
• Getting fancy about when we do or do not show keywords makes the behavior of CrossHair less predictable / more surprising.
