📞 通信阻塞的解决方案

我们在2022年全域静态化管理。而最后市政、街道、居委、居民团购热线等都在很大程度上依赖电话这样传统的通信手段，结果当然是很容易阻塞。

希望大家在这个议题下投稿有什么好的解决方案，用什么样的体系，可以允许让封控锁在家中的志愿者，帮忙分担各种信息渠道的阻塞和答话。整理需求、线索、资源，反馈到一线忙碌的人员手中。
