eckbox [width height]
.SH DESCRIPTION
Eckbox is a van Eck phreaking program.  Combined with the proper hardware, it can be used to remotely shoulder-surf a target monitor.  The optional arguments are for the width and height of the target monitor, defaulting to 1024 and 768 respectively.
