Electric door opener

Hello,

I am looking to implement an electric door opener system and would appreciate some guidance. The system should operate as follows: when an iPhone with HomeKey is held near the reader and unlocks the system, it should trigger a relay connected to the door opener for 10 seconds. During this period, the system will be in an "Opening" state, making it non-interactive through the Home app. After the 10 seconds, the relay should deactivate, and the system should revert to a "Locked" state. In the Home app, the status should display as "Unlocking" for 10 seconds before changing back to "Locked."

I am not very advanced in programming, so if someone has implemented a similar project and could share their code or provide some instructions, it would be extremely helpful.

Additionally, I’m interested in integrating a keypad with the HomeKey system, which would be controllable through the Home app and capable of adding guest codes. If anyone has combined these features and could share their code or provide some instructions, it would be extremely helpful.
