Storage Monitor need both hands empty to work

Describe the bug

Left click, right click, shift+right click with Storage Monitor works only if both hands are empty. Other blocks does not have such restriction.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Place storage monitor, get shield in second hand, shift+right click. Remove shield and empty primary hand, shift+right click. Look at difference. Try the same with importer etc.
