Describe the bug

Hello,

Running ATM9,

If you have multiple storage controllers in the world with external storage attached, it will pick and choose what system to show items in randomly. I added both controllers to an external storage (in and out enabled on both, no redstone, priority was higher on one drawers linked and locked on both no duplicate items in drawers).

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Run ATM9 version 9-0.2.60 (Current release as of 6/16), pertinent mods are Refined Storage, Extra Disks, Functional Storage (technically also cable tiers as they are on the network but not directly interacting with storage at all, just machinery).

Create two sets of Functional Storage drawers each with a Storage Controller attached. There is a linking and configuration tool, config tool can lock the drawers, linking tool to link each drawer to each Storage Controller.

Once they are locked and linked with any two different items, attach External Storage with cabling to each controller, make sure insert and extract enabled and ignore redstone on both.

The system should only show one set of controller etc.

What Minecraft version is this happening on?

Minecraft 1.20.1

What Forge version is this happening on?

47.2.20

What Refined Storage version is this happening on?

1.12.4
