prep-xml2rfc.txt

Running prep-xml2rfc using Saxon9:

1) Install Java

2) Get Saxon 9.7 HE JAR file from https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/net/sf/saxon/Saxon-HE/9.7.0-4/Saxon-HE-9.7.0-4.jar (see Saxonica.net for additional information)

3) Run the tool (make sure you have both prep-xml2rfc.xslt, rfc2629.xslt and the JAR file): 

java -jar Saxon-HE-9.7.0-4.jar source.xml prep-xml2rfc.xslt

(output goes to stdout)
