Something like that (using Moq):

var aMock = new Mock<ISomeDependency>();
var aService = FluentBuilder<SomeService>
.New()
.WithStubFor<ICustomerRepository>(stub => stub.FindBy(anId))
.Returning(aCustomer)
.WithMock(aMock)
.Build();

aService.Do();

aMock.Verify(mock => mock.DoSomethingWith(aCustomer));

Or...

....
var aService = FluentBuilder<SomeService>
.New()
.WithStubFor(stub => stub.FindBy(anId), aCustomer)
.WithMock(aMock)
.Build();
....

Same stub with more than one setup:

var aService = FluentBuilder<SomeService>
.New()
.WithStubFor<ICustomerRepository>
.Returning(stub => stub.FindBy(1), aCustomer)
.Returning(stub => stub.FindBy(2), otherCustomer)
.Build();
