Add a table to the README for the benchmark on common datasets for POS tagging in French, and compare it to built-in spaCy.

Hi,
Goal is to have a proper benchmark with built-in spaCy pos tagging.
So either using what was done with spaCy or using the one from the paper and compare it with spaCy.
