e.g., bp.catalogue(dataset='cmip', Var=['tos', 'tas'], SubModel=['ocean', 'atmos'])

The ordering of SubModel should match that of Var - this ensures we do not read a Var name which is present in both ocean and atmos (e.g., 'pr')
