Loading a document production for review

Most of the documentation and features emphasize the use of this tool to compile and produce documents. Am I correct that this can also be used to load a production produced to us and review the documents in a streamlined manner?

For example, if I have a standard load file from relativity or concourse, will this load the documents for processing?
