Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At present, the AC Account has the ability to modify a student's data and verify resumes at any point in time, even in the middle of the recruitment drive. This level of access is not necessary and the AC account should only have certain admin rights.
Describe the solution you'd like
The AC account should only have access to the following:
Recruitment Drives - Access to one or more drives as granted by the OPC through the User Database
Company Master Database - Access to company names in the master database, with the ability to add new companies. The AC account should not have view permissions for company details like past hires, HR contacts, or company history.
Company Signup Requests - Ability to map signup requests to a particular company and generate authentication
Students' Signup Requests - View, edit, and verify options. Once verified, the students' information should be moved to the student master database.
Students Master Database - Access to the list of verified students' names, emails, and roll numbers only. The OPC account can have access to all parameters by viewing the profile.
Within a Recruitment Drive:
Notice - Ability to add/edit notices
Company - Ability to perform all actions
Proforma - Ability to perform all actions
Students - Ability to enroll students and view their profiles (exportable to Excel). Freezing and editing student details should not be permitted for the AC account.
Events - Ability to perform all actions
Calendar - Ability to perform all actions
Question - No actions
Resume - Ability to accept and reject resumes until a specific date only.
