My name is Guillaume Guillet I'm from Switzerland, and I'm an electronics technician (under study).

My biggest project, is the creation of a 8bits computer composed only of logic circuit. My dream is to create a community around custom electronics standard for homemade 8bit computer components such as a the processor.

The goal is to create an 8bits processor entirely with logic circuitry. For the arithmetic unit (ALU), a CPLD has been implemented to facilitate the various mathematical operations while the execution of instructions and the rest is purely logical.

And the GCM motherboard :

The motherboard is the support for the processor. It will provide the power, the frequency and the various peripherals for the proper functioning of the system.

These two projects are the solid foundation for an 8-bit computer.
The goal is obviously not to stop there but to shape an open-source environment composed of various standards and projects to be able to create a nice community.
