Update old documentation pages to link to new documentation pages

The page https://v3.vitejs.dev/guide/

does not make any mention that v5 is released.

But somewhere (sorry, no link, too many tabs open) Vite says that only the current and prior version get updates and ~"you should update"

Your Suggestion for Changes

On

https://v3.vitejs.dev/guide/ and all other versions other than the latest version, add a BIG note at the top telling you a newer version is available and redirecting to that new documentation and/or migration page.
