Metrics Ports can be made configurable in the Openshift Operator Deployment via placeholders or env variables.

I think the default port for metrics server should be changed to something like 8089.

The clash in OpenShift 4.9.10 is with the openshift-ingress which sits on 8080. This is configured out of the box on a cluster build.

Default port changed to 8089 in #138 config/manager/controller_manager_config.yaml
