[Feature] Prompt to create pull request when branch is pushed to a fork #567

Some repos don't allow contributors to push branches, which requires you to submit PRs from a fork.

It would be nice if GitToolBox detected when a branch is first pushed to a fork repo and suggests creating a PR against the upstream repo.

Hi, very good idea - this would require integration with repo host API, which I plan to start adding soon.
