Regression: "ZWaveError: Failed to initialize the driver: ZWaveError: Timeout while waiting for an ACK from the controller" after upgrade to 14.3.1 from 13.10.3

Describe the issue

After updating my zwavejs/zwavejsmqtt docker from 9.26 to 9.27, it got driver upgrade from 13.10.3 to to 14.3.1. After update, my Z-Wave stick is no longer recognized.

Downgrading back to docker v9.26.0 (which contains v13.10.3) removes the issue.

I'm using this docker just for exposing ZWave MQTT to Home Assistant so I'm OK with staying on old version.

I haven't tested versions between 13.10.3 and 14.3.1 as I'm using the mentioned docker image.

Thanks for opening an issue! It doesn't look like you provided a logfile though. While not strictly necessary for every issue, having a driver log on loglevel debug is required to diagnose most issues.

Here is the log file from v13.10.3, which works correctly. When you compare it to the provided log dump from non-working 14.3.1, maybe you can figure out what's now wrong.
