Make your Logitech G27 Rev LEDs work with Forza Horizon 5!
This takes data from the UDP telemetry (on port 5192) and then pushes data to the logitech-g27 node module to update the rev LEDs.
Since fanaleds doesn't support FH5 and leds-control doesn't support the G27.
