bug to fix income or bills date

for exmaple i choose 5 as date while the date is 24-10-2024 ,the intened date is alywas +one month if it's less then acual date instead of 5-10-2024

add delete button everywhere numbers should all in this format nn:nn

to fix income/bills only trigger once you visit the page
