the corence_vision_streamer is the main program of the smart camera base on python and opencv, and can control or view the result of opencv image process by OpenMVS application. corence_vision_streamer是基于Python的智能相机里的主程序，负责采集图像、处理opencv机器视觉算法、读取xml配置信息，mjpeg流推送视频的功能，可以与OpenMVS和gvcpServer等程序配合，可以实现智能相机的所有功能
