@anton-seaice noticed we currently have CHANNEL_CONFIG = "global_1deg" which uses these prescribed channel widths intended for 1° configurations.

This line should be removed from MOM_input in all configs, so it defaults to "none" (we can investigate using this at some later point - see #68 (comment)).
