Some other fixes

Removed bs4 dependency and made a backup of WiiuBrew title db, for don't loading their servers too much with the same request

Fixed dups

Fixed duplicates for dlc and updates, now they're linked to their original game

Fixed vaultdb scraping

Update tikdb.py

vaultdb changed the way the content is compressed, but it's been fixed now

What works: parsing from vault ovh db and from wiiubrew titledb every title labelled as game, update or dlc
What doesn't work: parse from titlekeys sites (there is a ton of work behind)
What won't work ever: parsing other titles like system channels
