Version 2.1.2 - Code Review + Twitter Notifier

Did my annual self code review.
Cleaned up many files and updated EMCA script and added rating.
Added Twitter notifications.
Fixed guild info channels not working properly.
Added YouTube Channel and Twitter Account Lookup command in Social Category.

Twitter notifications now have been added finally... totally didn't take longer than expected like 17 days longer. Sorry about that but the Twitter update part also comes with a Twitter account lookup command.

Version 2A Patches

The last update released Disconnects rewrite. V2.0.1 updates patched a few bugs most notably commands not running. Also added help command for information and a new command list. The previous one was forgotten.... SORRY!!! - This update came out like 2 weeks ago. I just forgot to create the new release.

Version 2.0.0 Alpha - The Disconnect Rewrite

Today Disconnect will finally get his first update into Discord.JS v12 as well as a fully rewritten code structure!
Many things new basically all of it xD... So I won't bother to list them all but some noticeable changes are performance improvements. The bot no longer relies exactly on the database 24/7 which means The bot has less of a risk of dying at any moment... and lots of work on formatting everything to be a universal style. I swear going further my notes here will be a lot more useful!
