Enhancement: improved about us section layout

Padding was added and font size of text was changed. Animation style was added and can be seen while hovering. A back to top button was added foir user interactivity at bottom of page.

1. Click on About Us section of navbar.
2. Check on padding and text boxe of the section.
3. Hover over text blocks to see animationon the blocks.
