- Email to planning committee volunteers was sent with link to find meeting time; will also be shared in Slack channel
- Sarah will chair initial meeting, subsequent meetings and comms channels to be arranged by committee members
- Sarah will contact IF Board about lines of communication etc with planning committee
- September AGM
- ICC will send reminder to community about meeting; Sarah will check with IF Board about specifics of hosting/running meeting
- Ongoing ICC business and governance
- ICC chair position and Open Meeting hosting: Sarah will chair temporarily pending IF governance changes, would like help running Open Meetings
- Code of Conduct Committee recruitment: original members need to cycle off; we will recruit again around AGM and IslandoraCon 2025 planning
