ChromeOS Camera Checker v1.3

New in this version - (5/16/2021)

-Camera checker now records media stream and creates blobs for playback. This avoids having to use headphones.
-Adds new event logging to report errors and successes to the end user. In the future this will be used to show descriptive errors that can be used to troubleshoot camera issues.
-Added recording status
-Buttons now show focus
-Move credits and WTPS image

ChromeOS Camera Checker Beta

this release is a beta to test a new recording style. users are now able to record a video for 5 seconds and play it back, rather than requiring the use of headphones. This eliminates the echo on launch and makes the program more user friendly.
