- Added an EPA data download and a minimum POC filtering function
- Mariana's Rmd file is moved to /vignettes
- Shiny dashboard source (in quarto file format) and data files are placed in /tools
- /tools is listed in .Rbuildignore file. It should be kept unless we will use sources (e.g., C++) for this package
