- fixed corner coordinates for st_bbox in calc_nass and calc_twi
- Added library settings - Edited calc_nass to adapt to crew - storage path to project directory
- apptainer image definition file - directory remapped to container internal paths - _targets.R is reorganized
- image definition file - README update - calc_twi changed to use huc4 as regions; crew-based workflow is pending
- explicitly installing spatialsample - added sf_use_s2(FALSE) in functions
- sf_pesticide_huc included empty geometries - join_pesticide_huc is fixed to remove them
- tested: partial read + exactextractr, pure terra (both chunked), and rowwise for statement - tar_option_set: error = "abridge" to preserve other targets when one fails
- calc_twi: makeValid to buffer(..., width=0) - Pipeline image is changed to more modern version of GDAL (3.8.4). - README.md update
