In CollisionFreeSpeedModelV2 setting strengthNeighborRepulsion was modifiying strengthGeometryRepulsion.

Sets the correct parameter when using the Collision Free Speed Model v2.
Additionally add some tests for the other models to validate that the setting of parameters works as expected.
Closes #1413
