Streaming method selection

The SRG Data Provider library has been updated to support recent Integration Layer changes. As a result, the SRG Analytics data provider bridge has been updated:

• Since SRGProtocol has been replaced with several separate pieces of information (see https://github.com/SRGSSR/srgdataprovider-ios/releases/tag/5.3), playback is now started with a preferred streaming method.
• Associated playback method prototypes have been renamed in a simpler way.
